Karrie Bomstad

Owner/ Designer

Karrie brings a unique breadth of expertise to Choice One Builders. She is an award-winning designer with more than fifteen years experience in building and design.

Karrie personally works with each client to guide the selection of custom features such as tile, hardwood, paint colors, cabinets, plumbing and light fixtures for each home. She has experience in every aspect of custom construction from design concept to ultimate delivery of keys to the homeowner.

She possesses an exceptional ability for harmonizing interior finishes with each home’s landscaping and architecture. Karrie’s eye for design and attention-to-detail are an integral part of the building process for every Choice One home.

She is also founder, owner and lead designer of Staging Spaces & Design (SS&D), which has been a successful staging and design firm in Central Oregon for over ten years. With the added expertise of the SS&D team, you’ll truly experience the designer’s difference.

Scott Bomstad

Owner

Scott got his start working in the building Industry as an Independent Framing Contractor in Las Vegas, NV and Denver, CO. He has an extensive background in the production of tract homes, semi-custom homes and custom homes. Scott was Framing Foreman in Denver for seven years where he oversaw the framing of residential homes for one of the largest builders in the Denver area.

With years of construction expertise, Scott relocated to Bend and founded Choice One Builders with Karrie.

Scott provides daily, on-site management during all Choice One projects. He is known for maintaining high building standards and for ensuring that all homes are completed on time. He also has a reputation for cultivating relationships with subcontractors and suppliers so that Choice One clients benefit from the very best efforts of everyone involved in the construction of their home. Scott takes pride in building distinctive homes for Central Oregon, thus he is committed to including industry upgrades as standard features, at no additional cost, in every Choice One home.
